ASACP Team Set to Attend XBIZ LA

LOS ANGELES — The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection will be attending the upcoming XBIZ LA digital media conference on Jan. 9-12.

XBIZ LA explores and uncovers the impact of digital media and e-commerce technologies on the rapidly evolving online adult entertainment industry. Highlighted by the annual XBIZ Awards honoring adult industry excellence, professionals from around the globe attend XBIZ LA to gain unparalleled insight on the current state and future of the online adult industry.

ASACP Executive Director Tim Henning will lead the association’s presence at the event, where membership manager Dawn Yagielowicz and operations manager Erege Cohen will accompany him.

The team will be available to discuss the association’s ongoing efforts to keep children out of and away from age-restricted materials.

“XBIZ LA is an important adult industry event at which ASACP has always had a presence,” Henning said. “Being able to educate and inform industry leaders about the association’s advocacy and child protection efforts — as well as provide ways in which the industry can become involved in our mission — is vital for our growth and member outreach.

“For example, sponsors, members and donors provide direct financial support to ASACP, while all website owners can make use of the Restricted To Adults (RTA) website label, which was developed by ASACP through the generosity of its supporters.”

ASACP will be staffing an information table in the event’s main seminar hall, while Henning and Yagielowicz will be on hand at the Mix and Meet networking events, offering opportunities to learn more about the association.

ASACP will also have an advertisement in the show guide along with flyers in the show’s gift bags.
